The Dentists of Oregon Political Action Committee (DOPAC) requested a brochure to describe the mission of the PAC, explain why it was important for dentists to get involved, and encourage financial support.
DOPAC works to make candidates for public office aware of the problems that confront oral health care professionals and the patients they serve. State government affects dental practices in many ways: the Oregon Health Plan, water fluoridation, OHSU's budget, the Dental Practice Act... the list goes on, The brochure was part of a multifaceted effort to build greater awareness of, and resources for, DOPAC.
The brochure was printed in full color at 9" x 19.625" on gloss stock and finished to approximately 9" x 4", A self-mailing envelope with a detachable registration form allowed the recipient to join DOPAC and send a check with minimal effort.
